During this process, you will also create a Pinterest board to share your inspiration, including colors, fonts, textures and overall mood.
Brand Discovery Workshop
This week is used for Honor to review your brand discovery and all creative inspiration. It is important for you to be available during this time as we will be gathering any missing details before we get started on design the following week. We are looking for all your final creative input before we get started.
Brand Strategy
Creative portion officially begins. We’ll start off the beginning of the week with a phone call to review the brand discovery. Our designer will be on this call so we are certain we get all the details. Set aside 30 minutes of time. Then we’ll jump into an intense week of sketching, review all inspiration (Pinterest board) and conceptualizing.
Review + Visuals
Your cohesive visual brand directions are created. Primary and secondary logos are developed. Colors, style, emotion and imagery are defined. We will upload concepts to Basecamp. After initial creative is delivered, you will have the opportunity to give feedback for your first round revisions. Your detailed feedback is crucial and appreciated.
Creative Delivered + Refinement
Our goal is to keep you on budget and deliver a brand that is amazing. By now we are making final tweaks and revisions and well on our way. This week is dedicated to completing the final brand visuals and fine tuning your final brand board.
Final Revisions
Once the visual brand has been finalized, a brand style guide will be created. All the final files are delivered to you via Dropbox and we’ll schedule a call to review your brand guide with you. On this call we will discuss putting the story of your brand into action and how to utilize social media and digital strategy. We’ll use the design we have created to construct a plan unique to you.

Possibly. If you have existing brand elements like an icon or illustration we would like to review it first to make sure we are aesthetically aligned. We are open to discussing, but typically we like to start from scratch.
We’re an up-close, hands-on, lots-of-personal-attention type shop. In order to stay that way, we only take on a handful of clients at a time. We generally book out about one month in advance, but that also depends on your schedule and how quickly you’re ready to begin.
Everything we do is online and digital. We have clients all over the world so you do not need to be local to Nashville. We have a phone call to kick off your branding project and a second phone call to review all your final branding files with you. We are always happy to do a zoom call if you prefer over a phone call.
We would not be setting you up for success by creating a logo without the rest of the branding elements. The entire brand is crucial to make a memorable or effective experience for your customer. Branding is a feeling and there are many pieces that make up your brand, not just a logo.
A 50% non refundable retainer is due to initiate the project. The fee holds your project spot. 50% balance is due when final files are delivered at the end of the sixth week.
We have a great six week process for branding that we will guide you through one step at a time.
