Can you use part of my old branding?

We’re an up-close, hands-on, lots-of-personal-attention type shop. In order to stay that way, we only take on a handful of clients at a time. We can generally book your start date within two weeks, but that also depends on your schedule and how quickly you’re ready to begin. 

How soon can we start the branding process?

Everything we do is online and digital. We have clients all over the world so you do not need to be local to Nashville. We have a phone call to kick off your branding project and a second phone call to review all your final branding files with you. We are always happy to do a zoom call if you prefer over a phone call.

Do we meet in person or online?

We would not be setting you up for success by creating a logo without the rest of the branding elements. The entire brand is crucial to make a memorable or effective experience for your customer. Branding is a feeling and there are many pieces that make up your brand, not just a logo. 

What if I only just need a logo?

Not for this package. We require full payment in full to book semi-custom branding. Thank you for understanding and please let us know if you have any other questions about payment. We do take debit and credit cards,

Does Honor Creative offer any payment plans?

We have a two week process for semi-custom branding that we will guide you through one step at a time. We will have you approve a schedule that works for you and hold your hand along the way. This is a great option for owners needing a value-engineered solution that still delivers a timely, professional and refined look. 

How long does the SEMI-Custom branding process take?

Possibly. If you have existing brand elements like an icon or illustration we would like to review it first to make sure we are aesthetically aligned. We are open to discussing, but typically we like to start from scratch.

A 50% non refundable retainer is due to initiate the project. The fee holds your project spot. 50% balance is due when final files are delivered at the end of the sixth week.

We have a great six week process for branding that we will guide you through one step at a time. If you need to move faster let us know but we think we've come up with a good pace that keeps our team in the creative zone and not rushing you at the same time. How long does the CUSTOM branding process take?

Yes we do. Once your site is live and complete you can hire us at an hourly rate to keep things fresh and updated. Our goal is to teach you how to make updates but we understand that sometimes you may not have the time to keep the site updated.

Does Honor do web maintenAnce?

Right away. You can purchase this service directly on our shop. Once you sign up we will send you an email to get started. You'll want to start collecting your images and writing your copy to provide to us for implentation.

What if I need copy and/or photography for my site?

There is a set fee for this service. We have totaled up the amount of hours it takes our team to implement your site. With proper branding and direction we should be able to stay in the set of planned hours unless you decide you need an addition round. At that point we can discuss our hourly rate.

How much will this cost?

All of the semi-custom websites are built on the Showit platform. They have wonderful customer service. We are always available for updates as time goes by but the goal is to teach you how to get comfortable navigating and adding things on your own site as needed.

How do I know which platform is best for me?

Branding is our first phase for any web design project. The web design phase can start in parallel with your branding. We might be able to use your current branding or you can simply do a type treatment with the fonts from the pre-designed template.

What if I also need branding?

We don't design full sites in Wordpress. If you are wanting a blog we do store all your blog posts in Wordpress and pull those posts to Showit.

Do you work with wordpress?

Our policy is to take on only a small number of clients at a time to ensure quality and our team’s dedication to your project. We generally book 1-2 months in advance. To claim your spot, a 50% retainer is due to initiate the project. From there, the remaining 50% is due when your project is completed and your site is ready to launch.

What if I need copy and/or photography for my site?

Each web project is different based on your unique needs for your company. In turn, each web design estimate is customized specifically for your project and is based on your site outline. Once we have your site’s outline, we can build your personalized estimate which takes us a few hours to produce. 

How much will this cost?

The platform we choose ultimately depends on the level of customization, amount and type of content and your overall budget. We utilize Squarespace, Showit/Wordpress and Shopify. We will cover this in more detail on our introductory call.

How do I know which platform is best for me?

Branding is our first phase for any web design project and is a 6 week process. The web design phase can start in parallel with your branding, and depending on the scope of the project, can take between 4-8 weeks for design and development.
